Do Not Missed The Kalesa Ride in Vigan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines

If you did not study your assignment before going to Vigan, the best cheat you can have is to ride a Kalesa (Calesa). Kalesa is an old way of transportation using a Horse with two-wheeled carriage. The Kutsero (Kalesa Driver) knows best when it comes to the best places that you should visit within the place.

It cost 150 Pesos ($3) per hour to have this worthy trip. But the trip to the whole historical place of Vigan can't be achieve in just an hour, I wasn't able to finish the whole trip because there was a lot of drop off on these beautiful places.

The Not So Good in Vigan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines

I arrived in Vigan around 9:30pm and passed by the street besides the church. I could smell the stinky pathway that was too strong enough and I could tell that the odor was coming from the paving drainage system. The next morning, I passed by again on the same street but the smell doesn't caught my attention anymore, maybe I was too preoccupied that time or maybe the stinky smell was slightly or totally gone. Not sure if the incident I experienced that night is just an isolated case, but if it's occurring at most of the time, I hope the local government will act ASAP to resolve their drainage system because it's really ruining the beautiful scenery in Vigan.
